Deanne DeMarco, founder and President of Breaking-Boundaries, Int’l is an award-winning business speaker, registered business coach, and master faciliator. She brings more than 20 years of corporate executive experience to her programs. Deanne specializes in multi-generational workplace issues, addressing how to reduce turnover, motivate, improve communication, and how to create a corporate culture where people are excited and want to work.
Deanne’s training background spans more than 15 years and she is known for her high-energy, no-nonsense approach, actionable tools and the use of real-world stories to encourage participants to explore new mindsets, laugh, adjust a few attitudes, and learn to manage and lead more effectively. She has earned a solid reputation as an outstanding speaker, course developer, and instructor.
She received her MT from the Chicago Insitiue of Technology, her extended undergraduate degrees from the University of Montana, and her graduate degree from San Jose State University.
She has authored or co-authored four books on the topics of personal success, coaching, communication, and generation gaps. Deanne has received many awards and recognition for her original research and work. She was won numerous 1st place speaking awards, been recognized for her many innovative training techniques, and her multi-generational training workshop for managers was recognized by Training Magazine’s Top 100 and highlighted as a special Top 10 initiative.
